David Songulashvili meets with the Employees of the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Regional Service of the National Forestry Agency

The Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Mr. David Songulashvili, recently met with the employees of the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Regional Service of the National Forestry Agency.
The State Representative of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, Mr. David Verava, Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Mr. Kakha Kakabadze, and the Head of the National Forestry Agency, Mr. Kakha Tsertsvadze, attended the meeting.
During the meeting, Minister Songulashvili emphasized recent initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of environmental control, highlighting the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to develop legislative proposals and initiatives to strengthen environmental protection.
Notably, the new office of the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Regional Service of the National Forestry Agency employs 94 individuals and serves nine municipalities in the region, offering citizens access to the full range of services provided by the National Forestry Agency.
