Rehabilitation of a 4-kilometer road in the village of Kakhati, Zugdidi Municipality, is being completed

State Representative of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Davit Verava and Mayor of Zugdidi Mamuka Tsokri, together with their deputies, inspected the road rehabilitation process on Kostava Street in the village of Kakhati, Zugdidi Municipality, and met with locals.

The road rehabilitation on Kostava Street is nearing completion. At the moment, drainage channels are being installed. The project cost is 2,578,435 GEL.

Along with the road and drainage channels, the project includes the construction of access roads to the yards.

The issue of accessibility to public transport and placement of waste collection containers on a 4-kilometer section of the road was highlighted at the meeting with the population, and appropriate steps will be taken to resolve this.
