Disinfection works have been completed in schools and kindergartens of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti

To prevent the spread of new coronavirus (COVID-19)  have been completed disinfection works in schools and kindergartens of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti. A total of 262 public and private schools and 290 kindergartens were processed. Theaters, museums, libraries, culture houses and sports facilities were processed. The public transport are being disinfected in municipalities.

Art schools and sports schools are being disinfected. Three  days before starting training process  all school transportation will be disinfected in municipalities.

Based  on the council's recommendation of Inter-Agency Coordination Council of the Government of Georgia led by Giorgi Gakharia, temporary  working groups on Coronavirus have been created in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti led by chairmanship of the State Representative. Members  include: The State Representative, Mayors, City Council Chairmen, Resource Center and  National Center for Disease Control and Public Health representatives.
