Veterans Park Opened in Zugdidi

Veterans’ alley construction works have been completed on Ilia Chavchavadze Street in Zugdidi. There were arranged a square, a walkway, a street illumination, landscaping, kerb path and bike paths.

The new park opened by the State Representative of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Alexander Motserelia together with Zugdidi Municipality Mayor Giorgi Shengelia, veterans and local population.

The opening ceremony attended by the  Deputies of the State Representative Nukri Khasia and David Verava along with local officials. The cost of rehabilitation amounts more than 250 thousand GEL and it is being implemented with the Funds of Regional Development Projects coming from local budget.
