Government officials have met with locals in the villages of Norio, Matsikhoriskari, Dziguri and Sagavazao in Abasha municipality

Meetings with population in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti municipalities are actively taking place. Government officials at this time have met with locals in the villages of Norio, Matsikhoriskari, Dziguri and Sagavazao in Abasha municipality.

Within  the framework of the "Open Meetings" project, held in Norio, Matsikhoriskari, Dziguri and Sagavazao villages of Abasha municipality.

The Deputy of the  State Representative of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti  Luduk Khasia, Member of Parliament Levan Mgaloblishvili, Abasha Mayor Levan Makalatia and  Chairman of the City Council  Mamuka Kvitashvili become aware of their challenges and needs.  

The Representative of Government briefed about the projects to be implemented in Abasha municipality, the efficiency of the village support program, agriculture projects, the State nut protection program etc.

During the meeting, the population put their priority on the rehabilitation of internal roads, gasification of village kindergarten.

Problems identified during the meeting will be envisaged in next year budget to find their solutions
