The State Representative got acquainted with the ongoing infrastructural projects in Zugdidi

The State Representative of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Alexander Motserelia along with Deputy Malkhaz Toria and new Deputies of Zugdidi Municipality Mayor Giga Pharulava and Konstantine Kakava got acquainted with the ongoing infrastructural projects.

The State Representative observed ongoing works the multiple dwelling zones and Veterans Alley on Chavchavadze Street.

At this stage, the multi-storey buildings’ yards located on Tamar Mepe Street are being arranged. The multi-storey buildings yards will be set up in Zugdidi at Tabukashvili, Gamsakhurdia, Sokhumi and Kiria Streets. The cost of the works amounts 1.3 million GEL.  In Veterans’ Alley on Chavchavadze Street there will be arranged a square, a walkway, a street illumination, landscaping, kerb path and bike paths. The cost of rehabilitation amounts more than 250 thousand GEL and it is being implemented with the Funds of Regional Development Project coming from local budget.

The State Representative together with deputies of Mayor observed children's playgrounds as well. Arrangement of children's playground has already completed at Rapiel Eristavi, Konstantine Gamsakhurdia, Bukia, Tamar Mepe and Tsotne Dadiani streets.
