Anaklia-Ganmukhi meets season with renewed infrastructure

Anaklia-Ganmukhuri  is meeting a sea-season with renewed marine infrastructure.  The State Representative of Samegrelo Zemo-Svaneti Alexander Motserelia and the newly elected Mayor of Zugdidi Giorgi Shengelia visited ongoing works. Process of Landscaping, illumination and sports grounds’ rehabilitation in Anaklia and Ganmukhuri has already finished.  Boulevard is being accomplished; the paths to the sea and cycle tracks are being arranged. Furthermore, café-restaurant located in close proximity to Enguri Bridge is being under major repairs. Extensive works are being carried out in Ganmukhuri aquapark. The amphitheater damaged during the natural disaster is supposed to be restored almost immediately.

6 million GEL is supposed to be  spent for rehabilitation works in Anaklia and Ganmukhuri. On August 22-25 Anaklia will be hosting international electronic music festival “Echo Wave”.  The rehabilitation of the 11-km section of the road towards Anaklia has already been completed. Within the foreseeable future the additional perimeter of this road will be rehabilitated as well.
