Alexander Motserelia attending celebration of the police day

On May 31, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia marked the Police Day on Lisi Lake. The official part of the event covered demonstration of recruits of different structural units of the ministry. Soon after the demonstration part of the event, the President, Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs made a welcome speech and congratulated the police officers on their professional day.

State Representative of Samegrelo Zemo-Svaneti, Alexander Motserelia and the newly elected mayor of Zugdidi, Giorgi Shengelia attended the event as well.

Minister of Internal Affairs personally honored special merit awards to law enforcement officers for notable performance of their duties.

Upon completion of the official part of the ceremonial event, the guests viewed the exhibition arranged alongside the scene where different structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were presenting special hardware and equipment.
