Irakli Jikia Met Acting Ambassador of the Czech Republic

Irakli Jikia, First Deputy Governor of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, together with the administration staff, met with the Acting Ambassador of the Czech Republic, Mr.Ily Purslik. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss future cooperation prospects. Illy Purslik introduced the First Deputy the future cooperation plan of the region and the Czech Republic. Irakli Jikia pledged full support to the Acting Ambassador of the Czech Republic.Mr. Jikia noted, that there are all conditions in the region for future cooperation. The sides discussed the implementation of bilateral visits between the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Region and the Czech Republic, which will facilitate deepening of relations.

It is noteworthy that in 2019 the Czech side plans to hold an economic forum in Georgia, where business companies from Czech Republic will participate together with representatives of all regions of Georgia.
