''Nato Cup'' winner became the team of Khobi City Council

In the frames of NATO days in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, team of Khobi Municipality City Council became the owner of the "Nato Cup" in mini football. At the final meeting, the teams of Khobi City Council and Chkhorotsku met each another.

Thirteen teams of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Municipalities and City Councils participated in the tournament. The winner of the tournament was awarded by Nugzar Gabelia, Head of Regional Projects Coordination Department of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Governor Office, together with the representative of "Information Center on NATO and EU" with certificates and medals.

The tournament was organized by the "Information Center on NATO and EU" with the support of the administration of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region and the City Hall of Zugdidi Municipality.

NATO days in Georgia opened on April 16 and will last until May 1. This year, NATO days are especially marked in the regions of Georgia where a number of events are organized by the initiative of  NATO and EU Information Center and Foreign Ministry.

Information meetings in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Region are carried out with local self-governments, NGOs and media representatives, teachers and students.
