6 km long Road Rehabilitation in Khobi municipality has been completed

The Roads Department has completed rehabilitation of 6 km section of Tbilisi-Senaki-Leselidze road of international significance. The population is already using renewed, safe and comfortable way.

The Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure met with the Deputy Governor of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, Khobi Majoritarian MP and local government representatives at the site. Zurab Alavidze met with population of Khobi municipality and listened to their problems. 

Bridge crossings and single-layer road covers were repaired under the project .The works of entrances, cuvets and population yards were also conducted, as well as new road signs were arranged.

The project was financed with 1 872 700 GEL from the state budget. 80 people are employed within the project.
