Poti emergency medical center will enter into operation from May

At this stage More than 40 new ambulance medical centers are under construction throughout the country.  New center  of  modern types will soon serve Poti population.

Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Zurab Alavidze, Deputy Head of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Region David Kodua and representatives of local government visited the center.

Poti emergency medical center will enter into operation from May. Over the years, medical personnel were in other building. Soon the Emergency Situations and Urgent Assistance Center's Regional Branch will be placed in a new building.

The new center will be in compliance with modern standards and equipped with the necessary teqnique.

Construction of the Emergency Center is carried out with financing of the projects to be implemented in the region, as well as from the  local budget. The cost of the project is 415 000 GEL.
