A screening center has been opened in Zugdidi
A screening center has been opened in Zugdidi. The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy of the State Representative of Samegrelo-Zemo svaneti Nino Vibliani, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Georgia Petr Mikyska, Deputy Minister Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic Radek Policar, representatives of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Centre and and local authorities. Zugdidi Screening Center was built and equipped by Caritas Czech Republic (CCRG) within the framework of the project “Establishing and Promoting a Screening Center in Zugdidi”. Within the framework, with the financial support of the Czech Development Agency and the contribution of the Slovak Cooperation Agency for International Development.
The aim of the project is to assist the population basically female population not only Samegrelo but also other Regions, and also for Abkhazian and its help them it’s to prevent those diseases which are difficult to cure and control, so protection is indifendenture exactly the screening, but the best cure the explanation of the screening is the deputy minister helpcharities is really expert. Said the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Georgia Petr Mikyska.
Of this project lead at detection of cancer because if you find a cancer early stage you can treat it and the people can save the life and they can lead a long garanties it is very important. Said the Deputy Minister Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic Radek Policar.
