Meeting on agricultural issues

Deputy State Representative of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Davit Phartsvania met with Deputies of the Regional Mayors, heads of the Agricultural Service and heads of Information and Consultation Centers of Ministry  Environment and Agriculture.

The meeting was focusing on providing comprehensive information to the public about the state programs in the field of agriculture.

During the meeting, Davit Phartsvania paid special attention to the programs funding berry crops projects, topic of accessibility of agricultural machinery to the public, development of livestock farming, greenhouse farming and also put some emphasis on the course of agro tourism. Activities to be implemented in the nearest future were also discussed and planned.
